Leah Amelia Lorimer "Millie** or Milly" Rea Douglas was born in December 13th 1845, her father, Hamilton Rea, was 35, and her mother, Ruhama Lairmer Rea, was 20. Her siblings are Elizabeth, Andrew and Ebenezer. She married John Wright Douglass in 1867. They had four children, Elizabeth "Lizzie"Belle, John, Alvin Rea, and Mary R. Douglas, during their marriage. She was also know as Aunt Mollie or Aunt Molly. She died on December 31, 1931, in Peters, Pennsylvania, at the age of 86, and was buried in McMurray, Pennsylvania.
