Services will be private for Roy Bourriague, who died Wednesday in Santa Cruz. He was 93. Mr. Bourriague was born in Lake Charles, La. He lived in Santa Cruz since 1922, working for many years as a carpenter.
Mr. Bourriague was a member of the Santa Cruz Host Lions Club and the Santa Cruz Elks Club Lodge No. 24.
He is survived by son Mike Bourriague of Cool; brother Bernie Bourriague of Santa Cruz; sister Eileen Robideauax [sic] of Prunedale; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held for family at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Aptos. Arrangements are by Santa Cruz Memorial Oakwood Chapel.
