Burial/Service: Committal Service is Saturday, 2 p.m., New Zion Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow immediately at the church.

Mr. Marcus Abraham Houston, affectionately called "Bucky" of 163 Donner Dr., Salisbury, NC died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at Rowan Regional Medical Center, Salisbury.

Mr. Houston was born December 1, 1961 in Rockledge, FL to Sandra Houston Wade and the late Alfred Scott. He was a graduate of Merritt Island High School.

He was a member of New Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors are his mother, Sandra Houston Ware of the home; brothers, Johnny Jordan, Palm Beach, FL and Michael Welch, Cocoa, FL; sister, Doretha Jordan, Cocoa, FL; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral will be 2:00 pm Saturday, December 20, 2008 at New Zion Baptist Church with the Pastor, Rev. Paul Jones, Officiating.
