Cory Steven Moss, 14 months, of Hiawatha, died March 11, 2009 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics following a short illness.

Cory was born December 16, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital the beloved son of Cory Moss and Quiana McMackin. Although his time with us was short, he will forever be remembered by his family who loves him dearly.

Survivors include his parents Cory Moss and Quiana McMackin both of Hiawatha; siblings Mackanize, Janaya, and Victoria; grandparents Steve Moss of Hiawatha, Cheryl (Richard Duncalf) Havlicek of Vinton, and John and Tammy Kiss of Hiawatha; great grandparents Howard and Arlene Moss of Cedar Rapids, Jack Fleming of San Bernardino, CA, and Ray Ulrich of Hiawatha; and two uncles Shane Moss of Hiawatha and Robert Kiss of Reno, NV.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Rev. Phil Rodgers of St. Paul's United Methodist Church will officiate.
