She was born at the family home in Great Island, NH which is now known as New Castle, NH.

Rebecca and Ann Follansbee were sisters and in England known as Foljambee, they were owners of the Ashton Estates and also of Ashton Hall in England.
Death: 5/18 Apr 1708
She died soon after giving birth to her youngest son Benoni at the age of 40. Her gravestone stands (that was in 1927) in the Plains Cemetery in Newburyport and it is the oldest found of the family... It reads:
HERE LYES BURIED
Ye BODY OF ANN
CHASE Ye WIFE OF
ESIGN MOSES CHASE
AGED 40 YEARS DIED
APRIL Ye 18 1708
BEING Ye LORDS DAY
