Residing in East Montpelier, Vermont at the time of enlistment. Enlisted on November 27, 1863 as a Private in the 1st Vermont Heavy Artillery, Company I. Wounded on June 1, 1864 at Cold Harbor, Virginia. Died of wounds received.Company I, Vermont 1st Heavy Artillery Regiment

The son of John and Dorothy (Hall) Clark, Private Isaac Hall died in Lincoln General Hospital in Washington, DC from a gunshot wound received in early June during the Battle of Cold Harbor near Mechanicsville, Virginia.
