Everett Levoy Partridge, March 20, 1915 - Sept. 27, 2002, Services for Everett Levoy Partridge, 87, of Logansport, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Kroeger Funeral Home. He died at 5:13 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, in Logansport Memorial Hospital. Born March 20, 1915, in Fulton County, he was the son of Earl and Faye Wynn Partridge. He was married on Aug. 27, 1940, in Warsaw, to Josephine Jones, who survives. Mr. Partridge, with his wife, Jo, was the founder and proprietor of Partridge Floor Coverings. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served during World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 60 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3790. He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and a former member of the Logansport Rotary Club, Elks, Moose and Cass County Amateur Radio Club. Also surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Barbara Partridge and Tom and Teri Partridge, all of Logansport, and Patrick and Sandra Partridge, Westchester, Ill.; one brother and sister-in-law, Eli and Ruth Partridge, Middletown, R.I.; two grandchildren, Jessika Partridge, Bloomington, and Ryan Partridge, South Bend; and several nieces and nephews. One brother, Harrison Partridge, preceded in death. The Rev. Douglas Mankell will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today and one hour before the time of services Monday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church.
