Five-Ton Snowplow Kills Road Worker Slips under Wheels as It Lurches Forward Stratford - Feb 19. (CP) - Isaac Keillor, West Monkton, department of highway employee, was killed last night under the wheels of a five-ton snowplow. Keillor was working with driver Harold Donegan of Listowel. About half a mile south of Kennicott on highway 23 the plow stuck. Keillor went to the rear to throw sand under the wheels. As the truck moved forward he evidently slipped. Surviving are his widow, his mother, Mrs Elizabeth Keillor of West Monkton, and eight children.
