Mrs. Roxie D. Dollison, 305 Main Ave, died early Saturday in St. Francis Hospital following a heart attack. She was born in Byesville, July 30, 1896, a daughter of the late Alex Sigman, and Tacy Sigman Morgan, Byesville. Besides her mother, she leaves her husband, John to whom she was married Nov. 17, 1914; a son, John A. Dollison of Byesville; four daughters, Mrs. Doris Johnson of Eldorado, Ill.; Mrs. Virginia Fletcher of Cambridge, Mrs. Martha Moffett of Byesville and Bonnie Brown of the home; a sister, Mrs. Alice Garrett of Senecaville; five grandchildren. Her father and a sister are deceased. She was a member of Trinity Methodist church and Rebekah Lodge. The body is at Herlan-McGaughy Funeral Home where friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. At 1 p.m. Tuesday the body will be taken to the Trinity Methodist Church to lie in state until services there at 2 p.m. by Rev. Charles Tulga. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
