A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, in the chapel at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, West Virginia.
A native of Boone County, West Virginia, Mrs. Williams was born on December 29, 1928, the daughter of the late George and Ruby Perdue Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lee Williams, her sister, Mary Elizabeth Spurlock, and brother, Jim Wilson.
Surviving are her son, Billy W. Williams and his wife, Barbara, of Greensboro, N.C.; daughter, Suzanne W. Chaney and her husband, D. Reed, of Oak Ridge; two brothers, George Wilson of Milton, West Virginia, and David Wilson of Ashton, W. Va.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
