Two former residents of Amherst were called during the past week, according to word received here.
John Gimble, 56, died suddenly from heart trouble, Monday evening at his home in Cleveland. Mr. Gimble was born in Amherst and lived here 26 years before moving to Cleveland. Mrs. William Koepp, Sr., of Amherst, is a sister. Funeral services were held this afternoon from Mrs. Koepp's home on East street, with Rev. Henry Abram, pastor of the Lutheran church here, officiating, with burial in the Cleveland avenue cemetery.
