Mrs. Myrtie Bounds Netters born 24 December 1873 passed away at the family home in Alto Thursday night at 8:30 o'clock.

She had ten children and six of them preceded her in death. Five of them met death accidently. Lewis & Will Bounds both worked for the railroad and were accidently killed as trainmen, but at different times. Archie Netters death was caused while baling hay. An infant son suffocated while asleep. Tommie Netters was killed in a car accident in front of his home.

"Through all the dark hours of tragedy and heart break Mother Netters kept her home going and continued to live and fight for those who were left. Like Job she still had strength to say " ". She prayed that the words of her mouth and the meditations of her heart might be acceptable to God. She became a Christian at a early age and joined the Methodist Church. She was always so quiet and willing to sacrifice herself for others.

To her beloved husband and living children we leave this Bible admonition " ".
