Jett Jerome Blodget was the son of Hudson Jerome Blodgett and Olive Barnes.
He married Eva M Sweet in 1884. The couple moved from the Alden, Erie and Darien, Genesee area to Andover, Allegany County, New York. The couple had the following children: Blanch Pearl 1889-1889, Infant son 1890-1890, Bertha (Hugo) Honeggar 1892, Erma Louella (Clarence) Page 1894, Norah C 1896, married Peter Becker and John Shirey, Orpha 1899, married John Shirey, Richard Stanton, and J Roy Yeager, and Emily (Clarence) Cronk 1907.
After Eva died in 1911, Jett married Sarah Ickringill Horsfall in 1913.
