FULMER, Kay ST. GEORGE, SC - Mrs. Kay Mizell Fulmer, 42 of St. George entered into eternal rest surrounded by her family Thursday June 8, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in the Limestone Baptist Church with Rev. Josiah Mazzell and Rev. Dr. Wash Belangia officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mark Little, Sheldon Knight, Jay Delong, Michael Atkins Sr., Michael Atkins Jr., and Kenneth Godbold. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday evening at BRYANT FUNERAL HOME.
Kay was born November 26, 1963 in Dorchester County a daughter of Avertis Lee and Mabel Atkins Mizell. She was a graduate of St. George High School, a former seamstress at Carolina Girlswear and a member of Limestone Baptist Church in Dorchester.
Surviving are her husband C. Lawson Fulmer, Jr.; son Edward Frank (Ed) Fulmer; daughter, Kerri Michelle Fulmer; granddaughter, Madalynn Nichole Fulmer; parents, A.L. and Mabel Mizell; brother, Kent (Devra) Mizell; sister, Becky (Jason) Truett, all of St. George. Nieces and nephews; Jason, David, Richard and Victoria Truett; Thomas and Kitty Mizell.
She was predeceased by twin sons, grandparents, E.G. and Mattie Risher Atkins and Lee and Gertrude Infinger Mizell.
