ACCORDING TO A Nephi physician, the missing hunter, George H. Gray, 54, 316 Bonneview St., Murray, apparently had died of a heart attack some time Saturday.
His body was sighted lying face down in snow at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday by occupants of a Fish and Game Department plane. The plane's pilot radioed location of the body to ground parties led by Raymond Jackson, Juab County sheriff and Trooper Rex Hill, Utah Highway Patrol, who directed searchers to the site.
