She was born in Darke-co and was married to Henry Pitchford, who preceded her in death several years ago.
Surviving are four sons, Norman, at home, Ira, 751 Weadock-av., Paul, 165 E. Eureka-st. and Charles of Dayton; four daughters, Mrs. Truman Bucher and Miss Ida Pitchford, 1122 S. Union-st., Mrs. Woodrow McIntire, Anderson, Ind., and Mrs. Florence Shephard, 1130 S. Union-st; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Bassett, Detroit, Mich., and Miss Mary Whoten, 316 N. Pierce-st., and a brother, Eli Whoten 600-block S. Main-st.
The body will remain at the Siferd funeral home where final rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. D.L. Niswander officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
