TERRELL Mrs. Doris Broughton Terrell - A native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL died Friday, September 22, 2006 in a local hospital. Mrs. Terrell was a member of Semmes First Baptist Church and retired from the Mobile County Sheriff's Office after 30 years of service. She is survived by her husband, James J. "Joe" Terrell, III; two children, Michael Joseph Terrell, of Austin, TX and Pamela Terrell (David) McElhany, of Dallas, TX; two grandchildren, Ashton Elizabeth McElhany and Cameron McElhany, both of Dallas, TX; two sisters, her twin Dorothy M. Sanford and Carolyn Broughton (Charles) Terrell, both of Semmes, AL; one brother, George Jordan Broughton, of Roanoke, VA; her special friend and caregiver, Lora Kinsey; nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 5 P. M. until 7 P. M. on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. Funeral services will be held at 10 A. M. on Monday, September 25, 2006 from Semmes First Baptist Church. Mrs. Terrell will be taken to the church one hour prior to services. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery West on Snow Road.
