Robert R. Crain Succumbs at 78
Robert R. Grain, 78, Rt.6, Rochester, died at 12:15 p.m. Monday at Canterbury Manor Nursing Home, Rochester.
Born Dec 28, 1898, in Fairfield, Ill., he was the son of Charles and Ella M. Brougher Crain.
He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include two daughters, Marjorie Muckenfuss, 1124 Smith St., and Betty Leedy, Niles, Mich.; two sons, Lawrence R. Williford, Ark., and Robert H., Midwest City, Okla.: one brother, Charles Jr., Hoopeston, Ill.: 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
One brother preceded him in Death.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the McCloskey-Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home, the Rev. Dudley Horning officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
