Funeral services for Ernest E. Flexter, 70, who died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, May 14, at his home south of Flora, were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Wesley Methodist Church. Burial was in Elmwood cemetery.
Preceding the services the body lay in state at the Branson Funeral Home.
Surviving are his wife, Jennie; two daughters, Mrs. Luella Coble and Mrs. Nora Greenwood, both of Flora; two sons, Ora E., Texas, and Leo, Peoria; three sisters, Mrs. Goldie Johnson and Mrs. Sylvia Coble, both of Flora, and Mrs. Pearl Aishe, Odin, Ind.; a brother, Earl, Temple, Ariz. and nine grandchildren.
