WALTHAM Mrs. Gertrude E. (Dunsmoor) Boudrot, of Waltham, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009, at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 84. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Ralph E. and Maude (Crowe) Dunsmoor, Gertrude worked for many years as a cook at Lasell College in Newton. Gertrude was a member of the South Side Seniors and traveled with them on various trips. In her spare time she enjoyed ballroom dancing as well as square dancing with the Waltham Twirlers, camping and going to various casinos. Gertrude leaves her children, Louanne Fucci, John "Jack" Boudrot and his wife, Margie (Libitz), and Patricia Marmonti and her husband, John, all of Waltham; her sister, Mildred Tomlin, of Virginia; her daughter-in-law, Dale Boudrot, of S. Dennis; her son-in-law, Robert Dickie, of Bellingham; her close friend, Doreen West, of Waltham; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Gertrude was the wife of the late Edward H. Boudrot; mother of the late Walter Boudrot and Sandra Dickie; and sister of the late Frank Dunsmoor. Family and friends will honor and remember Gertrudes life by gathering for calling hours at the Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St. (Rte. 20), Waltham, Tuesday, March 3, 4 to 7 p.m., and again at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church, 311 River St., Waltham, where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
