NELSON DUTE
Services were held on Monday afternoon at the Emmerich Funeral Home for Nelson Dute, aged 65, whose death occured last Friday in St. Joseph Hospital, following a two weeks illness.
He was born in Amherst and had resided here all his life. A farmer, he also worked with his brother, Reuben Dute, in the Dute greenhouse. He attended the Methodist church.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah; his brother Reuben; a niece and a nephew.
Rev. Dale Riggs officiated at the services and burial was made in Crown Hill Cemetery.
