Esteemed Resident of the City Passes Away.
Mrs. Burke Moody Eagle, age 42, wife of Mr. Fred D. Eagle, died at her home, 707 East Ninth street, at 6:10 yesterday morning. Surviving her are her husbnad and six children, her father, Thomas Moody, and three brothers, Messrs. A. E. and P. V. Moody of Charlotte and W. F. Moody of Raleigh. The funeral will be held at the residence this morning. The services will be conducted by Rev. John L. Jackson of St. Martin's Episcopal Church, of which she was a life-long member. The pall bearers will be J. E. Morris, J. E. Huneycutt, J. A. Stewart, J. C. Palmer, R. T. Barnes, W. A. Cruse. The interment will be in Elmwood.
