Walter H. Nabakowski was the son of John Samuel Nabakowski, Sr. and Gustina Gringle.

He married Hilda R. Klingshirn abt 1925.

Walter had a heart attack while at work at Lorain Products Construction Co. in Lorain, OH and he was buried 2 Jan 1959.

WALTER NABAKOWSKI, FORMER RESIDENT DIES --

Funeral services for Walter H. Nabakowski, 55, a former Amherst resident who had been living in Lorain for the last 20 years, were held last Friday at the Reidy-Scanlan Funeral Home in that city. His death followed a heart attack at the Lorain Products Construction Co. where he was working.
Born in Amherst, he was educated in the schools here, had served in the U. S. Navy for 8 years and before working in Lorain he was employed here with his brother, A. Nabakowski. He had been a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Amherst, and was also a member of Local 120 AFL-CIO Roofers Union.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda; a son, Ronald; a brother, Edward, Amherst; two sisters, Mrs. William Cahl and Mrs. Bernard Strauss, also of Amherst.
Rev. Arthur Dey, pastor of St. Paul's Church, officiated at the services and burial was made in Brownhelm Cemetery.
