FINAL RITES HELD FOR FRED LEUZLER
Fred Leuzler, 59, a resident of Amherst for 55 years, died Monday night in Amherst hospital after having been ill for quite some time.
Leuzler moved here with his parents at the age of four from Henrietta where he was born. For many years he was employed by the Standard Oil Co. here. For the past three years he has worked at the American Crucilbe Co. in Lorain.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude, three sons, Frederick, Oberlin, and Lee and Henry at home; a daughter, Ruth, at home and a half-sister, Mrs. Allie Plaus, Brownhelm.
Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) from the Zilch Funeral home. Rev. M. A. Hayes, pastor of the First Evangelical church, officiated at the service. Burial took place in Brownhelm cemetery.
