Geraldine Marie Becker (nee Robinson), 82, of Vermilion died Monday at Mill Manor Nursing Home in Vermilion after a long illness.
Mrs. Becker was born in Huron. She had been a Vermilion resident since 1937.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion, where she was active in the Altar and Rosary Society and Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
Mrs. Becker is survived by sons Barry Becker of Atlanta and Lee Becker of Vermilion; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters Sylva Nieding of Vermilion and Marcella Day of St. Louis.
She was preceded by her husband, Nelson Becker, in 1982.
Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South St., Vermilion, where a Christian Wake service will be at 8 p.m.
Prayers will be said at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home before a 1 p.m. Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 731 Exchange St., Vermilion. The Rev. Steve Blum, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in Brownhelm Cemetery, Vermilion.
