Rebecca Sue (Brumnett) Cantrell, of Wagoner died Monday, April 26, 1999, at
the age of 33 years. Becki was born December 5, 1965 in San Diego,
California, to Leo W. "Corky" Brumnett and Janet Marilyn Sutton. Becki
married Danny Cantrell on July 15, 1983 in Wagoner and had worked as an
office manager for doctors and medical facilities. She enjoyed the water,
cross stitching and animals.
Becki was preceded in death by her sister, Jane Petrice Brumnett; brothers,
Leo Saul Brumnett and Travis Wade Brumnett and her grandfather, Leo "Bub"
Brumnett. She is survived by her husband, Danny; children, Cameron and
Danielle Cantrell of the home; mother, Mrs. Granger Moffitt of Arizona;
sisters, Tearsa Collean Brown of Niota, Tennessee and Zarina Moffitt of
Arizona; stepbrother and step sister, Joe and Cassie Kennedy; grandparents,
Art and Julie Sutton of Colorado, grandmother Goldie Brumnett of Wagoner;
mother-in-law and father-in-law, Donald and Doris Cantrell of Wagoner; 11
nieces, 4 nephews, 5 sister-in-laws, 2 brother-in-laws, and several uncles,
aunts and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 30, 1999, in the
Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert C. Colton officiating.
Interment was in Pioneer Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers were Don, David
and Dalton Cantrell, Bud Jones, Ronnie Cunningham, Craig Brunger, and
serving as honorary pallbearers were Donnie Brumnett and Joe Kennedy.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Hersman-Nichols Funeral
Home.
