Glen Freeman, 58, of Fayetteville died March 6, 2009, in Fayetteville. He was born Dec. 1, 1950, in Sikeston, Mo., the son of J.C. and Beulah Wise Freeman. He was a retired truck driver. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Harold Wayne Freeman; and a grandson, Austin Daniel Freeman.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Karla Freeman; a son, Daniel Freeman and wife, Jenny, of Silvis, Ill.; three daughters, Laura Freeman of Fayetteville, Marci Gutierrez and husband Saul of Davenport, Iowa, and Deanna Portwood of Fayetteville; three brothers, Charles William "Sonny" Freeman and wife, Erma, of Marble Hill, Mo., Marvin Eugene Freeman and wife, Dora, of Fayetteville and John Calvin "Jack" Freeman and wife, Patricia, of Fayetteville; a sister, Dora Elizabeth Davis and husband, Etsel, of Indianapolis, Ind.; and 16 grandchildren.
