MURRAY, Ky.--Services for Joe Henry Allbritten Sr., 79, of Murray will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. The Rev. John Dale will officiate, and burial will be in Murray City Cemetery.

Mr. Allbritten died at 6:05 a.m. Friday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

He was the former owner and operator of Rudy's Restaurant in Murray and was an Army veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Love Allbritten; one daughter, Ramona Lee Gotti of Ocean City, N.J.; two sons, Joe Henry Allbritten Jr. and George Rudy Allbritten, both of Carson City, Nev.; two brothers, Eugene Allbritten of Plano, Texas, and George Robert Allbritten of Modesto, Calif.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudy and Eula Shroat Allbritten.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
