"Alva Lucille O'Hair, age 92 of Lampasas, TX died Thursday April 4, 2013 at Spring Oaks Terrace Nursing Home in Lampasas. Alva was born July 21, 1920 in Antlers, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles Holley and Iora (Guess) Holley. She worked for LISD (Lampasas Independant School District)for a number of years, and lived in Lampasas for most of her life.
Survivors include daughter: Betty Anderson and husband Mark of Temple; Sister: Loney Montgomery of Temple; 8 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews
Alva was preceded in death by 2 sons, Gene and Bill, and her husband, George O'Hair.
A graveside funeral service for Ms. O'Hair will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Naruna Cemetery in Burnet County. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel.
