MUNRO, Margaret Edna (Maggie)

Peacefully in Fairview Manor, Almonte, on Saturday, March 30, 1996. Margaret E. Foster, of Almonte, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert G. Munro and dearly loved mother of Beatrice (Mrs. Art Desarmia), Mervyn, Bert, Helen (Mrs. Glen James), Jack, Jean (Mrs. Murray Smith) and Doug, all of Almonte, Vera (Mrs. Bill Church) of Fredericton, N.B., and Gary of Winchester. Also survived by 1 sister Rebecca, 28 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 daughters, Mrs. Flossie Houston, Mrs. Muriel Stuart and Mrs. Shirley Drynan and 2 sons, Alex and James; also by 4 brothers, Ernest, Roy, Irvine and Thomas and 2 sisters; Flossie and Jessie. Friends may call at the C. R. Gamble Funeral Home, 127 Church Street, Almonte, for visiting on Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m., Rev. Ted Colwell officiating. Interment Clayton United Cemetery.
