at Glenvue Nursing Home. The
Tattnall County native had lived in
Savannah and Glennville all her life.
She was retired from Baker Brothers,
Inc., after over 30 years of service. She
was a member of White Bluff United
Methodist Church, Elizabeth Circle,
and Friendship Sunday School Class.
She was a member of Azalea Hostess
Chapter of American Business
Women's Association. She was preceded
in death by son, Daniel Mock;
parents, Willie and Clara Branch; sister,
June B. Padgett; and brother,
Arthur "Skeeter" Branch.
She is survived by husband, Edsel
J. Mock of Glennville/Savannah; sisters:
Jackie Pate of Richmond Hill,
Odene B. (Lee) Lehman of Glennville,
and Dianne B. (Ralph) Clark of
McRae; brother, Gary (Juanita) Branch
of Glennville; aunt, Juanita Phillips of
Richmond Hill; sister-in-law, Jane
(Tommy) Johnston of Ludowici;
brother-in-law, Van (Virginia) Mock of
Glennville; and several nieces,
nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were held at 11
a.m. Monday, March 2, from the
Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral
Home, with the Rev. John Haney officiating.
Burial was in Harmony
United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Foster and
nephews.
