He was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm "Fred" Woiczikowski and Louisa Raesler.

He married Frieda D. Koepp on 22 Dec 1910 at St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Amherst, Lorain Co., OH.

Henry died at the Amherst Hospital in Amherst, OH and was buried 20 Oct 1973.
