She was the daughter of William Herman Koepp, Sr. and Mary Ann Gimble.

She married Henry G. Wilker on 22 Dec 1910 at St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Amherst, Lorain Co., OH.

Frieda died at the Amherst Hospital in Amherst, OH and was buried 30 Dec 1967.
