EARL A. RAESLER

Earl August Raesler, 63, of 526 Middle St., Amherst, who worked at the Nordson Corp. 44 years, was pronounced dead at Amherst Hospital Monday. Ill the past two months, he was stricken in his home.

He was a supervisor in the turret lathe department, retiring on June 1 of this year.

Mr. Raesler was born in Amherst and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of St. Peter United Church Of Christ.

Surviving are his wife, Frances Mae (nee Sanders) to whom he was married 39 years; a son, James, Amherst; four grandchildren; brothers, Nelson and Harold, both of Lorain.

Friends will be received in the Hempel Funeral Home, Amherst, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home and burial will be in Crownhill Cemetery, Amherst.

Funeral services for Earl August Raesler, 63, of 526 Middle St., were Aug. 9 at 11 a.m. in Hempel Funeral Home. Burial was in Crownhill Cemetery.

Mr. Raesler, who worked at Nordson Corp. 44 years, was stricken at his home and was pronounced dead at Amherst Hospital Aug. 6. He has been ill the past two months.

He was a supervisor in the Turret Lathe Department at Nordson, retiring June 1.

Mr. Raesler was born in Amherst and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ.
