John Ferdinand Koba was the son of Anthony "Tony" Koba and Julia Posluzna.

He married Dorothy Jane "Duff" Raesler on 17 May 1941 at Parsonage at the Church of The Nativity in South Amherst, Lorain Co., OH.

John was buried 30 Oct 1999.
