Albert Cahl and John Raesler were tendered a surprise in honor of their birthday anniversaries at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mathew Gieger, Cleveland Ave., Sat. evening. Cards and dancing were enjoyed until a late hour when refreshments were served to Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wolfe, Mr. and Mrs. E. Davis, Mr. and Mrs. E. Sondegelt, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mathes, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Krieg, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schiwitzki, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wilker, Mr. and Mrs. J. Raesler, Albert Cahl, Donald Frederick, Miss Jessie Whyte, Mr. and Mrs. James White, Mr. and Mrs. M. Gieger of this city, Joe McCarthy, Michael Felm, Loain, Mrs. M. Farrer and children and Wm. Farrer, Oberlin. In pedo Miss Mildred Farrer was awarded first honors, Mrs. James Whyte second and Mrs. Fred Mathes was consoled. Wm. Farrer was awarded the gentleman's first honors, Edward Schiwitzki second and Donald Frederick was consoled. The honored guests were presentd with a purse of money.
