There is confusion concerning the date of death of John Williams. However, his will is dated 10 February, 1707-8, and an inventory of his property (apparently for probate) was taken 14 May, 1712, by Benajah Holcomb, Thomas Griswold and Nathaniel Horsford. I have dated his death in 1712.∼John was "of Windsor"
He and Mary were married 29 Jun 1644 in Windsor, Berkshire Co., MA.
His will was dated 10 Feb 1707 and inventory was taken on 14 May 1712. It mentions: Esther [2nd wife]; daughters Rebecca Warriner [Warner], Anna Bancroft, Mary Gunn and Abigail Phelps; son Nathaniel; grandsons Edward Griswold, John Williams; granddaughter Abigail Barnard.
