She was born in Westfield, daughter of the late Daniel and Nellie Keenan.
Mrs. Clark was graduated from the Westfield High School in 1904 and from Smith College in 1908. Until her illness she had served successively as vice-principal of the high schools at Fort Edward, NY, and Andes, NY.
Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Aileen and Dorothy Clark; one sister Miss Nellie M. Keenan; two brothers Daniel T. Keenan, all of Westfield, and William P. Keenan of Cleveland, O.
