Funeral services for Wade Edward Cook, 60, of Beaumont were held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 19, at the Kelley-Hixon Funeral Home in Beaumont.
Burial was at the Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.
Mr. Cook died Tuesday, April 16 at a Beaumont hospital.
A native of Frankston, he lived in Beaumont 33 years. He was a retired policeman for the city of Beaumont and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Ofelia Cook of Beaumont; daughters, Sallie A. Cook, Ofelia Hernandez and Claudia Kelly, all of Beaumont; sons, George Hernandez, Frank Hernandez, Claude Hernandez and Leonard Hernandez, all of Beaumont; mother, Sallie E. Cook of Port Arthur; brother, Thomas W. Cook of Port Arthur; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
