Tish was born in Phillipsburg, Kan. on Oct. 7, 1979.
Tish passed away Nov. 8, 2006 at McPherson Memorial Hospital in McPherson, Kan. after a 12 year battle against Lupus.
She is survived by her father Douglas Budig of Russell, Kan., her mother and stepfather Taffy and William Bushnell of Galva, Kan. Her paternal grandparents, Arthur and Noreen Budig of Woodward, Okla. and maternal grandparents Dean and Loretta Fix of Phillipsburg, Kan. Her sisters, Tauni McCleary of San Diego, Calif., Reagan Budig of Hays, Kan. and her brother Forrest Anders of Bennett, Colo. Her nephew, Ethan McCleary, San Diego, Calif. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Viola Budig of Woodward, Okla.
Services were held Nov. 14, 2006 in Phillipsburg, Kan. Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel handled arrangements. Burial was held in Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg, Kan.
Tish graduated from McPherson High School in 1998. She attended Kansas State University, Salina, Kan. and Fort Hays State University, Hays, Kan.
While attending McPherson High School, Tish enjoyed cheerleading and participating in track. She enjoyed singing, collecting frogs and spending time with her Boston Terrier, Niles. She spent a great deal of time visiting with her Wolfpack members which are an on line support group of Lupus as well as counseling with other Lupus patients.
