Nashville resident, formerly of Lynchburg, Clemmie Jackie Gray, 78, died Feb. 15 after a brief illness.
A Van Buren County native, she was a retired seamstress and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Virgil and Margie Copeland Miller; and her husbands, Houston Johnson and D.E. Gray.
Private services were held Sunday at Mt. View Cemetery on Highway 30. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. View Cemetery Fund. Lynchburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
