From their wedding announcement in the Hankinson News "The marriage of Miss Regina H. Braun, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Math Braun of Wahpeton and Waldon J. Green, son of John Green of Hankinson, was solemnized Friday morning, February 29th, at the Pro-Cathedral of Saint Mary's in the presence of a small group of friends and relatives. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Casey, one of the pastors of the church.
"The bride wore a gown of dark blue charmeen, a hat of black milan, trimmed in white and a corsage of white sweet peas, lilies of the valley and primroses.
"Miss Mary Poppler of Minneapolis, cousin of the groom, was the maid of honor and only bridal attendant. She was gowned in dark blue canton crepe and Spanish lace with hat to match. Her flowers were white sweet peas and pink rosebuds. Mr. Green was attended by Edward Poppler of Minneapolis, also a cousin of the groom, as best man.
"Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the Gold room at the Radisson Hotel. The table was beautifully decorated with pink and white brides roses and pussy willows. Fourteen guests were present.
"After a short wedding trip east, Mr. and Mrs. Green will be at home at 59 - 15th Street North in Minneapolis."
