Surnames: Strong, Campbell, Walsh

Lucinda Strong Campbell, aged 73, wife of Scott W. Campbell, died in the family home in North Ogden Thursday afternoon at two thirty-five o'clock. Mrs. Campbell was born in Salt Lake City March 10, 1859, a daughter of Jacob and Alice Walsh Strong. She was married in Logan L.D.S. temple March 12, 1890, and had made her home in North Ogden since that time. She was active in church work, being first counselor to the Y.L.M.I.A. and later president. She also served as first counselor to the ward Relief society.
Surviving are the husband, three sons, Bishop Harold S. Campbell, North Ogden, L.D.S. ward; Clyde S. Campbell and Arlie S. Campbell, North Ogden; and thirteen grandchildren.
Services will be held Sunday at one o'clock in the North Ogden chapel, with Counselor J. William Gibson presiding. The body may be viewed at the home Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday until twelve-thirty o'clock. Interment will be made in the North Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Larkin & Sons. Flowers left at Larkin's until nine o'clock Sunday morning will be taken to the home.
