Tammy was the daughter of Johnny and Edrie Mann Neace and born on July 2, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois.
Tammy was a Nurse and a loving Wife and Mother.
She was affiliated with the Whick Full Gospel Church at Whick, Kentucky.
Survivors include her loving husband, Larry Wayne Bush; one son, Gary Tyler Smith; one daughter, Lexie Paige Bush; one step-son, Harrison Wayne Bush; her parents, Johnny and Edrie Mann Neace of Whick; two brothers, Shane Neace (Polly) and Glenn Neace (Barbara), both of Whick; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 3, 2008 at the Whick Full Gospel Church at Whick with Bro. Raymond Moore officiating.
Burial followed in the Jackson Cemetery at Jackson, Kentucky with Porter and Son Funeral Directors of Campton, Kentucky in charge of arrangements.
