MODENA L. FREEZE, 75, of Coldwater, Miss., formerly of Hernando, homemaker, died of heart failure Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. She was a member of Green-leaf United Methodist Church. Mrs. Freeze, the wite of James G. Freeze, also leaves two daughters, Judy Sowell of Meridian, Miss., and Rita Johnson of Olive Branch; a son, Jimmy L. Freeze of Senatobia; a sister, Flossie Berryhill of Olive Branch; two brothers, Minor G. Key of Senatobia and Elbert Key of Coldwater, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Arthritis Foundation or Greenleaf United Methodist Church.
