She was a daughter of the late Alvah and Grace Brewer Creech and born at Wilmore in Jessamine County, Kentucky on March 18, 1938.
She was employed by the Veterans Administration for 20 years as a Registered Nurse and was of the Baptist Faith.
Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her loving husband, Jim Robinson of Georgetown; two children, David Foerderer (Pam) of Lexington, Kentucky and Deborah Arens (Edward) of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Whitley, Courtney, Hayley and Tyler; three brothers, David Creech (Katherine) of Stanton, Kentucky, Donald Creech (Pam) of Lexington and Granville Creech (Betty) of Waco; one half-brother, Harold Creech of Lexington; three sisters, Laura Elizabeth Cooper of Lexington, Margaret Helen Brown (Joe) of Lee City, Kentucky and Cora McHatton of Lexington; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Viola McFadden.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 23, 2009 at Porter and Son Funeral Directors Chapel with twin brother, David Creech, officiating.
Burial followed in the Creech Family Cemetery at Pine Ridge with arrangements entrusted to Porter and Son Funeal Directors of Campton, Kentucky.
