Rachel's date of death is unknown. The some give her (May 21, 1706) belongs to Jonathan3 Bliss's wife, Miriam (Carpenter) Bliss. Some sources, in misidentifying Jonathan2's wife as Miriam (Harmon), have also assigned the death date of an actual Miriam (Jonathan3's wife) to an imaginary one (misidentified as Jonathan2's wife). Miriam (Carpenter) Bliss was only 32 years old when she died, far too young to have been the wife of Jonathan2. See Eugene Cole Zubrinsky,'To Say it Doesn't Make It So': Clues to the Probable Identity of the Wife of Jonathan Bliss of Rehoboth MA," New England Historical Genealogical Register, 151, Jan. 1997, 32
There's no evidence that Rachel Puffer's mother's maiden name was Sedley. This assertion comes from a volume published in 1935 by Raymon M. Tingley, whose family history has gained a well-deserved reputation for unreliability; his pronouncement is accompanied by no support whatsoever.
