Oliver C. Lippy, 88, of Lakewood Manor, Richmond, VA, formerly of Powhatan, VA, died Sunday, July 24, 2005.
Survived by his wife, Louise P. Lippy; three sons, William R. West and wife, Del, Oliver C. Lippy Jr. and wife, Gwen, and Steve H. Lippy and wife, Linda; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was an employee of C & O Railroad for 42 years; also a member of Fine Creek Baptist Church for 53 years.
Remains rested at Norman Funeral Home, Goochland, VA, where family receive friends from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Monday, July 25, 2005. Funeral services held Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at 11am at Fine Creek Baptist Church, 3619 Huguenot Trail, Powhatan, VA. Interment church cemetery.
