Harold P. Weddle
Harold P. Weddle, 87 died of natural causes Friday, March 2 1990, at the Heritage House Convalescent Center. Born Nov. 3 1902, in Morgan County, he was the son of Thomas and Elmira Hubbard Weddle. He married Rose Anderson, who preceded him in death. Mr. Weddle was a laborer-carpenter, and had also worked for the railroad. He attended First Christian Church, and was a member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include a son, Cheldon Weddle, Martinez, GA; a daughter, Vera Maxine Jamison, Corona, California; a brother, Charles Weddle, Fort Wayne; a sister Mary Henry, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The Rev. Wilson Smith will officiate the 2 p.m. Monday funeral at Cure & Hensley-Costin Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in South Park Cemetery. Calling is 12 p.m. to service time on Monday.
