Jim Bogart passed away peacefully at his home in Darrington, WA on December 23, 2008.
He was born to Edward and Mable Bogart on June 11, 1944 in Baring, WA.
He was very proud to have worked for the Town of Darrington for 19 years. Jim was a talented woodworker and if you gave him an idea he could make it. He enjoyed his time working in the yard with his wife, Danielle, of 44 years. He also enjoyed camping, and could be found watching the Seahawks when they were playing.
He was preceded in death by Edward Louis Bogart (father) and Mable Annie Bogart (mother), Jeri Munson (sister) and Harold Nass, Jr. (half brother).
Jim will be missed by his wife, Danielle; and their four children, Ginny (Mike) McClanahan, of Springdale, WA, Edward Bogart, of Darrington, Michele (Allen) Liden, of Darrington and Darica (Derek) Dietrich, of Conway, WA.
Grampa will be missed by his three grandchildren, Daniel, Timothy and Katie.
Jim will also be missed by his sisters, Kathy (Rollie) Christianson, of Sweethome, Oregon and Rhonda McElroy, of Homedale, Idaho. Also Half Sister's Lorraine Root Granite Falls Wa. Lois Larson (Einer) Emmett Idaho, Devonna Byers Clearbrook, Minnesota
Uncle Jim will also be missed by his nieces and nephews, Shanda, Diana, Gary, Debbie, Don, Amy, Jaye, Ben, Andy and James, Suzy, Jenny, Viki, Steve, Denise, Larry, Terry, Randy, Sherry, Gary, Guy, Sandy, Mike, Einie
In his own way we knew he loved us and he will be greatly missed.
